Summit 270

The Summit 270 outdoor elements are available for hire during daytime hours for all types of Photo Shoots and Special Events. Bookings are essential.

Owner Chris named his spacious ranch-style home on the very summit with “270” degrees view. What you get is the full 360 panorama of Agnes Water, the Pacific Ocean, mountains to the west and the wilderness of two national parks to south and north. You will get access to the pool and adjoining pavilion with seating and BBQ, access to an internal bathroom and the external veranda entertainment areas which spills out onto the greens.

Chris resides within the main house and he may come and go, he however is only a call away to offer assistance with dog related and non-dog related enquires or request.

• 5hrs package with 1 to 50 people

• 8hrs package with 1 to 50 people

• The Summit 270 is only suitable for up to 50 people at one time.

Summit Cottages

Each cottage features one bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and a private deck. Facilities include air-con, ceiling fans, wifi, Smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix, washing machine, communal seating area, BBQ and firepit.

Sites

At The Summit 1770 we have different site options to suit all requirements. We cater for caravans large and small, motorhomes, buses, vans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, plus camping in cars, tents and swags.

We have sites with concrete slabs, power and water and plenty of room with no one in front or behind you, and 7 metres between you and your neighbour. We have grass sites, with power and water that can be used for caravans, tents or swags.

If you prefer an unpowered site, these are also available, a little further away from the amenities and some levelling may be needed, depending on your setup.

Powered Sites

A powered concrete slab site with a caravan setup. Spacious powered sites with gravel parking areas and views of the surrounding mountains. Concrete slabs lined up in a row, ready for campers.
